We use specialty software to create a classic faux-merrow edge on a tacky twill base—giving you that authentic, high-quality patch feel without the high minimums of traditional manufacturing
Applying Patches
All patches come with a strong heat-press adhesive backing for easy application. We can also professionally heat-press and sew them onto your garments for permanent durability.
Small Patch
Size: Typically 4" x 2" ovals or rectangles.
Best For: Employee names, simple text logos
Medium Patch
The most popular choice for hats, bags, and chest placement on jackets.
Size: Typically 2.5" to 3.5" circles, squares, or custom shapes
Best For: Company logos, team emblems, morale patches.
Large Patch
Make a bold statement with a full-sized patch for the back of vests or jackets.
Size: 8" to 12" wide custom shapes.
Best For: Motorcycle clubs, varsity jackets, large brand statements.
Leather Patches
Rustic Look Durable faux leather is laser-engraved for a sharp, permanent, and sophisticated monochromatic design.
Pricing for Medium and Large patches will need to be quoted for size and complexity. $30 digitizing fee applies
