Quotation & Approval

Once we have your design details, we'll provide a quote. At this stage, please let us know if you'll be supplying the garments yourself, or if you'd like us to order the clothing for your logo to be applied to.

Design Submission

The first step is for you to submit the design you'd like embroidered. Tell us what you want it on (e.g., a small left chest logo, the front of a cap, a jacket back) and any specific size requests. This helps us determine the stitch count and provide an accurate quote

Sew Out Sample

After design and quote approval, we'll create a physical "sew out" sample of your logo. This allows you to see exactly how your design will look when embroidered before we proceed with the full order

Production

Once you give the final approval on the sew out sample, we will move into bulk production.

Delivery

After all items are embroidered, we will package your order and arrange for delivery.
